Shipping FAQs

When will my order ship?

Our team usually packs & ships your order within 2-3 days. Please be patient because of COVID-19. It could take 3-5 business days for orders to ship. We may take a little longer to process your order on occasion. We appreciate your patience.


We may take longer to process orders over the weekend, during special promotions (Black Friday/Cyber Monday), and on holidays. Please allow 1-3 extra days for your order to be processed.

What is the reason for the delay in the delivery of my order?

Depending on the shipping method, you'll get a shipping estimate. There are safety protocols around COVID-19 that may cause delays for some customers. We're sorry for the inconvenience!

What is the process of international shipping?

The average shipping time is 10-15 business days.  It may take longer for an order to arrive if there are delays in transit or holds at customs.

Is it my responsibility to pay all duties, taxes, and customs charges?

The customer is responsible for customs and taxes. If you have any questions regarding fees. You should also know that customs agents can sometimes delay shipments.

I got my order in multiple packages. Why?

International shipments are subject to value limits in various countries. It may be necessary to ship your order as multiple shipments with different tracking numbers if the quantity exceeds the limit for your country.

What's the best way to track my order and know when it's shipped?

You can track your order online by using a tracking number once we've shipped it.

Is it possible to get a shipment delivered with a signature required?

Yes. The delivery of large orders over $300 is automatically subject to a signature upon delivery to ensure the package's safety.

Are you able to wrap and package gifts?

At the moment, no.

What if I haven't received my order despite it being marked as delivered?

We're experiencing delays with delivery due to COVID-19 across the world.

It's possible for packages marked as delivered to get stuck in these situations:

  • In an effort to prevent the package from being stolen, the postal carrier placed it somewhere discreet.
  • The package may have been accepted by a neighbor or roommate.
  • It was marked as delivered several days before the postal carrier delivered it.
You can take the following steps:
  1. Your local post office may have left you a note on your door or mailbox. A note should tell you how to get your package if you get one.
  2. Please contact your local post office and customs office for more information. Ask who delivered the package and the delivery details for that day. Usually, postal services will be able to help with these questions.
  3. Please contact us for additional help (local carrier contact information). There will be no reimbursement or reshipping of orders that are misdelivered by the post office or stolen. Thanks for being understanding!
