Generally, we accept order cancellations until the product is shipped, so orders placed within 24 hours are likely to be accepted for cancellation. Your order will be refunded in full if it's canceled. Orders that have already been shipped can't be canceled.

Return conditions:
  • We're happy to accept returns within 30 days of delivery if you're not satisfied with it.

  • The item is in its original condition, unworn, and unused, and contains all the original tags and packaging.
  • You have to return free gifts quickly, in original condition, unused, and unworn.
  • Returns sent directly to us without first contacting us will not be accepted.
  • Unless the gift was lost or used, it cannot be returned or deducted from the price when it is returned.
  • There will be no refund of the original shipping fee and also Shipping Guarantee.

    Here are some conditions that aren't quality issues:

    • Threads that are loose, raw edges, thickness, touch, or colors that look different on different monitors aren't quality issues.

    • Returning stuff because you're not happy with the style, color, or your personal preference isn't a quality problem.
    • Using, washing, caring, improper maintenance, self-repairing, modifying, or other human factors don't count as quality issues.
    • A defect that was clearly stated at the time of purchase doesn't represent a quality issue, so returns aren't accepted.
    • If you're not sure what size to get, it’s recommended to refer to our size chart. Quality issues don't apply to returns due to sizing issues.
    • It's possible that items of the same size are slightly different due to design and style. Please refer to the actual measurements.
